The North Charleston Recreation Department takes great pride in serving our citizens for a lifetime.  Our goal is to meet the recreation needs of our all or residents as well as visitors in our wonderful city. North Charleston Recreation Department offers programs to pre-school children through senior adults. If you have any questions regarding any program or activity offered by the North Charleston Recreation Department or if you would like to see a program offered that is not currently offered, please do not hesitate to call or visit our administrative office at the Felix C. Davis Community Center located at 4800 Park Circle.
