Little Miss Joy from Girl Scouts Troop 3231 stopped by to gift several boxes of delicious Girl Scout cookies to the men and women of NCPD’s North Bureau. She along with her father Josh, and siblings Jasmine and Judah said to tell everyone, “Thank you for your service to our community.” Their visit was a delight.
