Please join NCPD in congratulating Sgt. Joshua Ranck, Sgt. Gary Zimmer and Ptl. Matthew Dalrymple, who were recognized as Employees of the Month for June 2023. On June 2, the three officers prevented what could have been a dangerous situation at a high school graduation. A suspect with a loaded handgun was arrested and charged. We salute Sgt. Ranck, Sgt.
