Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
The City of North Charleston’s Community Development Office administers the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Program. These are federally funded programs through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
