It’s almost that time again – Children’s Festival 2018! We have begun the pre-registration for the Recreation Department Children’s Festival event, which is a major component of the annual North Charleston Arts Festival. This is a annual event for pre-school aged students and residents. This year’s theme is Aloha-It’s A Luau! The day will be filled with exciting luau themed activities where participants will enjoy music, arts and crafts activities, jump castles and many more surprises.
Schools and day cares wishing to attend need to register their group by April 20, 2018.
