Major Hill and Lt. Niemiec participated in the second annual session of the “Charleston Police Executive Leadership Summit.” This 96-hour program is bridged over four months and requires participants to travel to Charleston, S.C., three days a month. It is designed to provide law enforcement executives with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead successfully within a modern law enforcement agency. The training provided a unique blend of theory and practical application that focuses on lessons in leadership, self-development, and community engagement and ends in a capstone project.
Last Thursday, Major Hill and Lt. Niemiec graduated from the program. Job well done!!!
