NCPD honors Stall High employees for defusing weapons incident

On Sept. 13, Captain Glover and Deputy Chief Johnson awarded Mr. Midget and Ms. Harrison the police department’s “Civilian Achievement Award” for their actions in defusing, de-escalating, and maintaining safety for all involved in a weapons incident at Stall High School, where they are both employed. Their actions are a true testament to the school district’s saying, “Students are the heart of our work.”
