Please join NCPD in congratulating Lt. Joseph Niemiec, who’s been awarded a Certificate of Recognition for the month of April. Lt. Niemiec was given the honor for securing a state-of-the art system to help facilitate reality-based training within our agency. He also secured a partnership with Trident Technical College to relocate the reality-based training system and our entire Training Section to the TTC campus.
