NCPD Patrolman Eric Jones was patrolling in his zone when he saw a young man playing basketball by himself in the rain. Officer Jones decided to play a game of horse with him. The young man won the game and thanked the officer for his time and asked to play again with him some time. Officer Jones loves his community.
