Neighborhood Resource Officers attend ‘Trunk or Treat’ events

Our Neighborhood Resource Officers had a great time with the kids at ‘Trunk or Treat’ events at the Arabian Temple, Elks Lodge and Charleston County Library on Dorchester Road. They saw some great and cute costumes.
