The North Charleston Police Department is excited to announce the addition of a new officer to our team. Please join us in welcoming Patrolman William Ratliff, who proudly graduated today from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Officer Ratliff brings with him a commitment to excellence and a dedication to serving the citizens of North Charleston. He eagerly anticipates building solid relationships within our community and contributing to our mission of safety and service.
