Please join NCPD in congratulating Pfc. Adrian Besancon for being voted Officer of the Month for June. On June 21st, Officer Besancon and an off-duty Charleston Police officer pulled an unconscious woman from a burning car. The officers acted with no regard for their own safety and we solely focused on saving the woman’s life. Officer Besancon, we are so proud of you! #PathForward
